When I startup Art Teknika's Console VST plugin host I can't get it to "see" Allocator Lite. Which files are needed by Console and where do I put them?

I'm using an RME HDSP9652 with latency of 256 samples.

I didnt find much difference between Allocator Lite and Full, but I never used arbitrator since I dont have an analog crossover.
